Dr Leech had inserted the portacath some time ago prior to the chemo I needed to have. He explained everything that was to happen and where it would be situated and how it would be used. That surgery went well .I felt confident and had no complications. I had very little bruising and became unaware of it very quickly . Today Dr Leech removed the portacath . Again everything went calmly and well. He took care to make the incision wound as smooth as possible after the portacath was removed. He showed me the very clever device that has been such an asset to making my treatment safe and less invasive . I am very grateful for his expertise and care .
