I came in with joint pain. I saw Dr Shah. She diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis the same day. I was really scared and Dr Shah put me at ease and I feel 10 fold better. Dr Shah has given me confidence. I feel really comfortable in her presence. She has made my day. I had a full consultation, followed by ultrasound scan on my hands and a plan made. She was so efficient and went over and above my expectations. Having been worried sick, Dr Shah has really put my mind at rest, and I feel like a new woman.
