Before we even stepped into the hospital Dr Peter Karpati was attentive and communicative in the days before my son’s operation. Helping us navigate medical insurance queries, responding quickly to emails and calling after hours to ensure we had everything sorted in time. On the day his care and humour was reassuring for my son and made an anxious time a lot easier.
