Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience. As I have mentioned previously, we clinicians are never certain which one of our valued patients is giving feedback. I was sorry to read that you had a massive bruise on your hand. There are several possible factors for this: either during the insertion of the cannula (in which case I would have warned you about it) or during its removal, either due to lack of effective compression of the site for a few minutes thereafter. Obviously some of us bruise more easily than others. Hope this helps and once again thank you for your review.
