Dr Brueggemann was very understanding and kind, and explained what could be achieved with my minor surgery. He was very thorough and on the day really took his time to make sure there was minimal scaring to my face. At one point he wasn't happy with the procedure and just started again and restitched the wound. I think many other doctors would have simply left it as it was. I am very happy with my results and the care and time given by this doctor.
