Can only add to the blizzard of 5 star appraisals. Owen is a credit to the profession, the real difference being, I believe, that he is genuinely passionate about what he is doing and this gives him a drive to look beyond the job description into what else he can do to make things better for his patients. Can't suggest how to improve care other than to ensure this pragmatic and passionate approach reaches as many people as possible, if I was looking for someone to run a hospital for the patients I would ask Owen!
