Dr Osman Malik is an outstanding child and adolescent psychiatrist. He listens to patient's/ carer's concerns carefully, without prejudice, makes balanced, evidence-based clinical decisions always explaining them to the patient and seeking his/her consent to the proposed care plan. He can establish a friendly working relationship with kids and their parents which promotes open communication and builds patient trust. He remains professional and modest in his relationship with patients and carers, willing to expand his knowledge in order to cater better for the needs of his patients. The respect and trust of his patients and his impeccable professional reputation are well deserved.
