I have recently moved to Horsham and registered at the courtyard surgery. My first appointment was today with dr. Barrows. This wasn't a good start . I was late four minutes, as she told me as I have arrived and seems to deal with patients with military precision. I apologised for being late, I tried my best to be on time but it's a new town for me, I still don't recognise the streets, and I am suffering with fever and a chest infection. I would have waited if another patient went in front of me. I have quite a few health issues, including a chronic condition so I need referrals and some attention. She told me I should have booked a double appointment. Barely looked at me, typed away in her computer. When I queried about a particular therapy, just passed a leaflet. I have never experienced a doctor so insensitive, unprofessional and unpleasant as dr barrow. Who gives her the right to treat patients like this? She is a dr and she is providing a service and I deserve customer care. Doctors like her shouldn't get away with treating patients like this. Utterly shameful.
