She has no preconceived or stereotypical views and is very willing to listen to an alternative point of view with an open mind. This is very refreshing and important given the nature of her work. She immediately (along with her excellent team) puts you at ease and infuses confidence, in spite of the fact she must be extremely busy; she doesn't, however give you that impression. The fact that we have, in general, life threatening illnesses is never lost on her. She is a high flyer with a human touch. A rare quality! I have ultimate confidence in her and her ability.
