I am not at all comfortable being a patient as I work in healthcare and Dr Munavvar explained things in a very professional way that was easy to understand and in no way patronising. I found him very respectful paid attention to hand hygiene and maintained my privacy and dignity at all times. I am confident in the plan of action we agreed. My experience was good, the quality of care was good and I am confident my clinical outcome will be the best that it can be.
