Today was the first time I had met Dr Elsayad and it was as a NHS patient for a daunting steroid injection in the heel - one many friends had told me was extremely painful. Dr Elsayad was an expert - in injection and care and with communication and chatter to distract the needle ..... No pain, clear after care instructions and very talented
