I am 83 and overweight. @ 18st, I am told that I have heart failure- LV Function 44%. I am out of breath after rising and taking a few steps. I am on JARDIANCE daily 1 dose.10mg.I have developed a foot ulcer and genital thrush so stopped dosage for 3 weeks -now resumed. I try to walk 500m each day and do 30 squats from a standing position.My starving blood sugar @ 0700 id 5.5 average. INR is 3.0 But i need to improve my mobility- how ? I note that implanted devices can improve LV performance...might one of these work ? Dr Shanmugnathan listened patiently. He sent me for a nuclear scan at Harefield and I await the results.I am encouraged by his advice and actions. Ilook forward to increased mobility and meeting my new grandaughter in New york ! MMCd
