I attended the surgery today with a health problem but without an appointment. The receptionist who greeted me was welcoming and very efficient and as a result of her approach I was telephoned by Dr Elsdon before I had even left the car park. I was given a diagnostic test around ten minutes later and had a consultation with Dr Elsdon immediately afterwards.
Quite superb service from the whole team ( including two nurses ) who were involved and a thank you to Dr Elsdon . Well Done.
