While I have been a patient at Delapre/Whitehills for over 14 years I haven't been treated by Dr Dell before. She saw me last week and listened carefully to me and asked thoughtful and appropriate questions to explore my situation fully. She was compassionate, informed and easy to speak to. I did not feel rushed nor that I was wasting her time. Her manner is kind and keen to help and I was referred to a specialist without any hesitation. She made sure I was happy with what we had discussed and asked if there was any other way she could help. She was easy to talk to and gave straightforward answers, checking to see if I understood. I felt entirely secure with her care - which was *caring* as well as efficient. I sensed that she was up against time constraints placed on her by the system but that the practice does all it can to enable doctor/patient conversations to be detailed and thorough. Dr Dell epitomises the intelligent, kind and gentle approach that I feel many would want from a doctor. Highly recommend her and the practice.
