I am the Jann Wardle, the first patient you saw on Saturday. You were so kind and caring and also your very blonde assistant. Your nurse whose fingers I nearly broke was without doubt so loving and caring to me. I can't say enough thank yous both there and in the recovery room where Isla and Sister were also kind and caring.
Today I feel back to normal and this is all due the extra care your department gave me.
