Completely fobbed me off. Did some quick checks and then told me I couldn't empty a carton of baby milk into their bottle due to him needing to see his next patient quickly. Very rude! I had a second opinion from a locum doctor last night and I was basically told to ignore what he'd said and that he wasn't prepared to do the referrals requested not only by him but by hospital consultants over the years. I then went out into the hall and broke down in tears, to then be called back by him. Thought perhaps he wanted to listen and realised what he'd done. No, quite the opposite actually! He told me he has great concern about my mental health and that I'm making up my symptoms, and that I could be a threat to my 2 children so has referred me to social services gateway team! Absolutely ridiculous. I try to get help because I want to protect my children (I don't want to feel more weak and exhausted and then something happen to them if I faint or go dizzy when I'm on my own with them) and instead I've come away more distressed than before I went in. Has no time, compassion, or ears to actually listen. The only good doctor I've found in this practice is Dr Bloore when you manage to find an appointment with her, and I've been registered there for 22 years. The place is going downhill... time to jump ship I think to private practioners!

My care under Dr. M. Pieri has been almost life changing. And I want him to get some recognition for his work and care that often goes above and beyond. This site was recommended to me to leave the positive feedback I wish he could receive. I would recommend Dr. Pieri to all my friends & family. In context: I'm an extremely difficult patient. I take longer than your normal patient and my complaints seem to be things really not easily solved. And yet Dr. Pieri has been so understanding. He actively listens, shows amazing compassion & empathy through attempting to understand what's happening to me. I never feel rushed. He amplifies patience and kindness, and acts fast when it is needed. In addition to this, his knowledge in his field is phenomenal. I find him both professional and personable. These are all things that are invaluable to the patients journey, and things that can't be taught. Dr. Pieri is so good, that if i could take any one of his qualities as a great doctor, I know that I would become a better person in both my field of work & in life in general. Extremely grateful & indebted for the care that I have received. Thank you to Dr. Marco Pieri for outstanding care & medical professionalism.
