I have been a patient at the Pound Hill practice for over 30 years and have seen the changes at the practice which have always been for the better. All the medical partners have been very good in general. Dr Proctor has impressed as he has usually pinpointed any problem, that other doctors may have slightly overlooked and has come up with a diagnosis and treatment schedule (including Hospital specialist referrals) that have made my health and life quality much improved. He does this by being a good listener and nothing seems to be too much trouble....if you are really unwell !
He works very hard, so do not waste his time !
The on-line appointment and medical records access system has also been welcomed and gives confidence that you are in the hands of a very professional medical team.
