Whilst it may be great to find a doctor with only 5 star ratings, please use your common sense as it's not really possible for any doctor to have no reviews with fewer stars. "I Want Great Care" gives doctors the option whether to publish them or not. I'm not saying Dr Grosser isn't a great doctor, just not in my case that's all.

I am grateful for your feed-back as it reminds me that there is always room to learn and improve. It was and will be my policy to always allow patients to honestly feed-back and I will never withhold any less than 5 star ratings. In terms of helpfulness it would be very useful to know why there was dissatisfaction and what/how matters can be improved. My aim is always to deliver my best and constructive feed-back is very much welcome and appreciated.
