I have a very complex physical/mental health history which both connect to each other in many ways. Treating me has been complex too! A lot of general named physical conditions e.g. arthritis can be painful in varying degrees personally it's very painful for me especially my feet and hands. My GP acknowledged this and all the other painful conditions I have. It meant a lot to me as she worked with me to make my conditions easier to live with. As for my mental health some days I wasn't rational or wanting to give up on life. With the mental health cuts there was no support for me from the mental health sector but my GP was their for me and got me through some really heartbreaking times. I think the care given at the Tudor Lodge Centre by any of the staff is good and if patients are courteous and polite to them they are to you!

For the record, just a little note of appreciation in that Tudor Lodge Health Centre, Wimbledon SW19 is doing a splendid job in health care, and for that matter, I find my GP Dr K. Prabaharan, most professional and efficient on my visits to her. I would wish her well. Thanking you. WASEEM SHAH

I visited Dr Prabaharan feeling very distressed due to stress caused by my employer. She listened without interuption to everything I had to say and was very sympathetic to my needs. She gave me great advice and directed me to other agencies like CAB and IAPT. She never made me feel like I was making "a fuss over nothing" and said that she would support me throughout making follow up appointments there and then before i left her consulting room. She made me feel understood and confident for the future. When I told her I had found alternative employment she was genuinely pleased for me and I left her office knowing that I could contact her in the future whatever my problems may be.
