Doctor made me feel very at ease, and that he genuinely was interested and concerned with my issue
Dr.Chandan took me under his wing when a cyst on my back became suddenly infected and swelled to over 10 times it's original.size. we conversed on the phone, via text and pictures, and he arranged for me to get it surgically removed so quickly it made my head spin - but I'm a good way. And then he arranged fory.post-op care at the GP practice exactly when it should happen.
All I can say is many many thanks for all your help with getting this sorted out so quickly and efficiently.
Was booked in to see the GP at the surgery today, Dr Chandan was very approachable, he was aware of my previous appointment with his colleague and aware of my current physical health issue and my need for the Cortisol injection which was administered professionally by the doctor with clear explanation in terms of written and verbal communication . Dr Chandan was also helpful to prescribe me some medication for the secondary problem relating to my shoulder pain. Pleased with my appointment.
