Phoned at 10 to get an appointment for my daughter who we thought had got tonsillitis again having just finished antibiotics last week. Appointment for 11.30. Seen 11.35. Examined, diagnosis, clear explanation and recommendation and out by 11.45. Aren’t we lucky to have such an excellent health centre in our village. Thank you.

Dr Emerson is kind, friendly and supportive. She knows me well and makes sure I get the best care for my medical condition, with appropriate follow-up. I can't think of how she could improve, apart from the fact that I had to wait a week to see her. As my issue wasn't urgent this time, not a big problem.
