I saw Dr Sanyal privately and was very disappointed in him. He didn't listen to what I was saying and gave me the most ridiculous diagnosis which made me laugh when he said it, I genuinely thought that he was joking. The only time he looked interested was when he thought that he could give me another injection for something and I could see £ signs flashing across his face. He then made contact with a previous GP which I had specifically asked him not to in writing and then reminded him of this when I saw him. He didn't consider this additional error on his part an issue, stating that he would ask for the letter back but the damage was already done. He showed little regard for me as a patient.
