Was significantly late for the first consultation and did not apologise. Then gave me only half the allotted time, whilst charging me for the full consultation. Told me he would instigated tests and the relevant paperwork, but failed to do so. Consequently it was problematic to get the tests carried out. Told me my test results were worrying for completely different conditions to those I had consulted him about. Left me worried, unnecessarily. When I requested my test results, told me patronisingly that I would not be able to interpret them. Suggested invasive tests. Uniquely his secretaries do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails (and I am told they are known for that) therefore it is impossible to make contact. When difficulties are politely mentioned, there is no apology and the same difficulties simply continue. Stands out as a doctor I will avoid in the future and I would not recommend. I was shocked by how the unsatisfactory nature of every part of my experience. Fortunately I have since seen someone considerably better who made a fast efficient diagnosis.
