I really appreciate that Dr Koshal took the time to contact a Dr at the hospital for a second opinion before deciding whether to advise us to visit A+E. Trips to the hospital are not easy with a three year old and I so appreciate Dr Koshal taking the time to find the right resolution. He has made an urgent referral for us to hopefully get to the root cause of the problem, thank you!
