I was not seen at any of these locations. The consultation was over the phone. I am a patient of Greenmeadows Surgery, Ascot and it would have been nice to talk to a member of that practice who I was familiar with. However, I understand the situation in General Practice at present and Dr. Koshal was kind, helpful and reassuring. I would like to thank him for his time and trouble.

I requested on line a blood test to check my PSA ( my Father died of prostrate cancer ) and received a response from Dr Koshal the same day authorising the same. In addition he sent me the IPSS to complete so that we could discuss the same when my blood test result was in. I had the telephone consultation with Dr Koshal promptly after the blood test. He explained the result, talked of on going management and also detailed the treatments presently available to me. He talked to me rather than at me, never spoke in jargon and checked for understanding. I felt he genuinely cared. He has an excellent manner, very sincere. I was encouraged by him, a consummate professional.
