Dr Koshal was kind and respectful. He listened to my concerns about my son, he reassured me and took me seriously. He went above and beyond the average out of hours doctor by making a referral and sending links to foods u can eat to allow me to keep breastfeeding my son. I completely trust the advice and care he gave us.

Dr Koshal was amazing, I have difficulty trusting professionals and authorities due to my mental health and previous experiences but he gained my trust very quickly. He listened, he understood, he was friendly, when I had a medication query about whether I was on the correct medication, rather than telling me what to do he asked me some questions which made me think and come up with solutions myself which he fully supported. He really made me feel like he cared about me as an individual and I hope I’m able to deal with him again.
