Dr Koshal was brilliant! He listened, he was clear with his concerns and his instructions/recommendations. He respected me as a Mum/parent and had a sense of humour to boot. And, unlike other over the phone consultations I didn’t feel rushed or foolish for caring about my son’s well being. Please ensure this doctor gets recognised. He was a pleasure to speak with and a true representation of what is at the heart of our NHS; professionals that really care.
