I was offered a very speedy and succinct diagnosis. Dr Maduwuba was friendly, open and a good listener. He offered a clear and detailed outline of the course of action following the appointment, the questions I had were answered and I felt at ease during the appointment. I was grateful that even though the session ran over slightly it did not feel cut short and time and care was taken to ensure everything was concluded. Following the session there has been a delay in receiving my diagnosis report and would prefer speedier access to the file.
