I have been a patient of Dr Joe Mc Gilligan for 18years. Dr Mc Gilligan is a very knowledgable and pleasant doctor who enjoys what he does. He always aspires to give the best treatment to his patients. He has always been thorough in his examinations and given me and my family the best treatment. I have always had confidence in him as my doctor to do the best for me and my family. Dr Joe Mc Gilligan is a asset to Greystone House Surgery. I wish him well.

Dr McGilligan saw me today for the first time today and could not be more impressed. Polite, professional and diagnosed my issue with minimal fuss. Could not recommend more highly.

A truly excellent GP who always takes time to listen to his patients and most importantly always provides not only an accurate diagnosis but also a full explanation of why the condition has arisen and how, if possible, to avoid a recurrence.

Whilst on a visit to a member of my family in the Redhill area I was taken ill. We made contact with the Greystone House practice where my only link was that the family member is a patient and were told that Dr. McGilligan would telephone me to discuss the problem. Within a short time he called me and carefully listened to the symptoms I described and suggested an appointment later in the day. So at 5.00pm on the Friday before Christmas he was not only prepared to see me but also to involve another member of the practice in tests which helped him diagnose an illness which needed immediate hospital follow up. He then took the time to phone the hospital to alert them to my impending visit. All of this was done in a very pleasant and professional manner with someone he had never met at the end of a very busy day. This, in my mind, constitutes outstanding service to the community, and to me personally, service which I will never forget and be eternally grateful for.
