I saw Dr McGilligan today, 24 May 2023, for the surgery. I saw him initially in late April or earlier this month for an assessment of the 3 skin lesions that needed to be removed. It was obvious from what he told me that he has considerable experience of dealing with skin surgery, some of it gained from what he said about his experience in Australia. He was confident that the 3 lesions on my legs could be removed without difficulty. This turned out to be the case when I attended for the surgery today. I felt confident in his judgement and in his ability to remove the lesions. 2 of them were to be sent for analysis. He gave me written instructions about how to care for the wounds after the surgery. I would be hard pressed to think of anything which could be improved.
