After an initial zoom call to explain the process, I was made to feel totally at ease.
On the day of the procedure Dr McGilligans bedside manner and professionalism was top drawer, leaving me to walk out of the clinic fully armed with all the information I need should any complications arise.

Dr McGilligan provided such a thorough service and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Nothing was too much trouble for him to check and I never felt rushed. I have sometimes left appointments with doctors feeling as though I hadn’t said everything I needed to but not in this case.
