I went in for a follow-up meeting this morning with Joe to discuss my current anxiety issues and a change in medication. As ever, Joe has great empathy, listened carefully, offered up research evidence, and we discussed best next step. Joe also scheduled another follow-up session in four weeks time in order to monitor progress. Always professional, and always positive in approach.
