I have to be totally honest I never had any problem with seeing a doctor or receive a call from a Gp from my surgery. They have always been professional and understanding during COVID-19 I was quiet happy not to attend surgery because we weren’t vaccinated and nobody had a clear understanding of the virus . I’m a carer for my parents and I was happy with the help and information they received and so were they . Getting thru to making an appointment can be quiet challenging I have had the phone put down on me on more than one occasion. Waiting times to receive an appointment have improved
