This is a great example of what an NHS doctor should be - he takes interest, listens, talks through things with you. I've never felt rushed or felt like I'm wasting his time. I feel safe in his hands and always wait to see him (quite a popular doctor so hard to get an appointment with him but he's superb). I've had experiences with other GPs who make you feel guilty to be there as they make it seem like your problem is trivial but not this Doctor. A very kind, patient man + he also performs minor surgeries in- house. So lucky to have this rare gem in our surgery.
