We've been using this practice for 15 years my wife and two children. It gets a five star rating from this whole family. Easy to get seen, courtesy from the front door to exit and excellent care. They've always put the patient first. Now it seems they are having to work ridiculous hours according to new regulations being enforced. This is a mistake. Not only is it unfair but it puts patients at risk with overworked and stressed GP's. I love this practice and have always known it to be very efficient and top quality. In a world where it takes months to be seen by a specialist at the hospital (if at all,) what a relief to have the procedure done at your local surgery... the next week! Greystone Surgery needs all the respect and support the government has to give!
