When I first consulted Dr Joseph Kwan, I was bewildered and very frightened, after having suffered a Brain Haemorrhage. Dr Kwan became my beacon of light, and along with his huge knowledge in his field, his efficiency, and his professionalism he saw me through a dark and difficult time in my life. Dr Kwan’s care and compassion for me as a patient helped me to realise, that quality of life could still be achieved after my Brain Haemorrhage, and later two epileptic seizures. It will be and honour and a great pleasure, to recommend Dr Joseph Kwan at any time
