Very good and informative for surgery and effective and personable in clinic.
One moan, or at least query......?
I went in for day surgery for a laryngoscopy and biopsy. I was in for 7.30am and was last on the daylist, going to theatre at 4pm. The paperwork said afternoon patients would go in for 11.30. I live 10mins away, and could have been at least drinking during the morning. Why sit me in a bed unnecessarily with no information for most of the day?
