full details of the procedure given, at pre-op and on the day. excellent advise on after-op procedures and what to do next. very friendly, understanding of other medical conditions that may affect the procedure. supportive all the way through and went into detail about any / all complications that could occur with statistics on the likely hood of them. talked through any anxieties I had about the op and eased me through them. Assurances given for support and where to get it at each stage. very good doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
