I was referred to Dr Swales by another GP Surgeon in East Kent who, for good reason, had declined to perform my vasectomy. Needless to say, my anxiety levels were very high! I was grateful for the 2 stage process that Dr Swales uses - initial consultation and then return for the procedure - as it gave me the opportunity to meet the man who was going to operate on me and be reassured that he knew what he was talking about. While I did experience some pain, it passed very quickly and was as described during my consultation. As a result, I feel that I was given all of the information I needed to be able to make an informed decision, and I am pleased I went ahead. Thanks to Dr Swales and Wendy for their help and kind care.
