I found Dr John Swales incredibly professional and he quickly put my mind at ease at the pre op assessment. Explained the procedure and even draw diagrams which was very helpful. The operation itself was over very quickly and I felt fully informed before and during the op with a running commentary. Very personable Dr with a great sense of humour. Dr Swales' Nurse was also very professional and friendly. Thanks!
