I saw Dr Swales for a vasectomy recently and was anxious and nervous before the procedure. Dr Swales was extremely reassuring, explaining the procedure in detail beforehand and putting my mind at ease. The procedure itself was professionally carried out and I cannot thank him and his staff enough for the work they did and the professionalism they do it with.
