I have just had probably the most constructive, sympathetic and helpful doctor's appointment I have ever had. Dr Parsonage listened to my concerns, offered sensible advice that I understood and gave me my options in a very balanced way. She sped through several issues and then offered advice on an eye condition that wasn't really bothering me but that she had noticed. Brilliant!
