The BEST GP I’ve seen in years!

Honestly, the most outstanding care. Dr Rattan went above & beyond to help me after I was being fobbed around by the NHS. Anyone who has Dr Rattan as their GP should count themselves lucky.

Had a video consultation, by far the most comprehensive go consultation I’ve ever had. Excellent attention to detail and very understanding.

Dear Dr Rattan, Thank you for your swift actions in allowing me to receive X ray and blood tests re swollen knee - same day as consultation with yourself. Also for your rapid follow up letter reassuring me that no abnormalities found.

Dr Rattan is without question the kindest, most professional , honest Doctor that you could wish to see with any illness or problems. She saw my grown up son today and was the first doctor who could get him to communicate with them, even if it was difficult! She always talks to you as if she genuinely cares and explains things carefully and thoroughly. I can't say enough about how good she is.

I recently saw Dr Rattan reluctantly about a problem that is a sensitive issue and not one that is easy to talk about but I did not need to have worried. She treated me with nothing but compassion, sensitivity and gentleness. She was very thorough in the questions she asked in order to understand and get to the bottom of the issue. She involved me in the plan for the way forward. She totally put me at ease making it easy for me to be honest with her about the situation. It is often reported that other people with the same issue experience lack of understanding, care and compassion from GP's but this is certainly not the case with Dr Rattan. She was so approachable and showed that she guenuinely cared. I had taken a friend with me for moral support and afterwards she also commented on what a lovely GP she is and how supportive and perceptive she is. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

First of all thank you for letting me write about her. She is amazing doctor. She is my GP for the past 3-4 years, always extremely helpful, thoughtful and friendly. She listens and cares (or at least an amazing actress :) ) She is like an older sister to me, which I never had. If park surgery could provide more spaces I would get my mom to join as well and hopefully get her as a GP for my mom. She always goes extra mile in helping.

Didn't really listen to what I was saying. I have a long ongoing condition and I was told that "I had reached the end of the road with treatments". I was referred to none other than Google and another website. Many of which I have read time and time again. I understand that GP's have a hymn sheet they have to sing off of so to speak, however it was ridiculous how little this doctor was going to do and was clearly not going to go out of her way to help me. I'm sure this situation is particular to my condition however if you don't know much about a certain condition refer me to someone that can help me not Google or a website I have read time and time again.

Dr Rattan listens to her patients and always seems to take the time to talk things through. She doesn't presume she is always right or has all of the absolute correct answers, but always promises to find out more detail if/when necessary - and then follows up.
