I attended an appointment at Herts & Essex Hospital on 30.04.14. I was initially due to meet with a consultant and was a bit put out to be greeted by Dr Obasi who was a clinical assistant.
My disappointment was unfounded, Dr Obasi was attentive, very professional and dealt with my initial reasons for the appointment very well. She then went on to ask if there were any other issues I wished to discuss relating to dermatology.
On further discussion, Dr Obasi felt it prudent to obtain a second opinion from a specialist colleague in relation to a large mole , I am booked in for a preventative procedure within the next month. I never felt rushed and I felt I have her undivided attention. A credit to the NHS.
