Comes and gets you personally from the waiting room - nice touch. Listens carefully to you. Very pragmatic with being superficial - get the impression he's taking everything in. Remembers you the next time. Doesn't write his notes up while your talking, turns round and looks at you, hands away from the keyboard. Has the body language and behaviour of a very good listener
