He has been very very attentive to my mental health needs, at times seeing me weekly. My condition Borderline Personality Disorder is sometimes wrongly looked upon as time wasting or being attention seeking - Dr Cairns has never treated me like this. He realises, like with other mental illness, PD's need long term holistic treatment and support. He listens to my concerns, I never feel rushed, and he advises me appropriately. Great support given during very bad times.
