Dr. Rustom is a very polite and understanding doctor. He acts with professionalism and impartiality at all times. He acts with ethics and transparency and ensured that I was well-informed of the process of an OH assessment. He genuinely cares about the welfare of a patient during an appointment and took the extra time to ensure I was okay. I believe he is an excellent doctor it terms of ethics. It can be a daunting and upsetting experience to go through an OH assessment but I was pleased that I had a better experience due to Dr. Rustom.

Did not have a great understanding of my illness and struggles. He seemed unsympathetic and judgemental, furthermore the whole consultation was rushed. When I left the referral I felt ashamed and unsupported and like I was a failure.
