I approached Dr Wilkinson as I believe I have a condition that is difficult to diagnose. He listened to me and arrange tests, while we are still waiting for the results; I feel reassured that he has not dismissed my concerns. I had seen another consultant who did not even take a historical medical history and dismissed me. I appreciate just how busy the NHS is and feel I have been given time to evaluate the problems and feel listened to. Thank you.
