Rang the practise at 08.30. Dr Marshall called back within half an hour. Appointment made for 11.40. Saw Dr Marshall at 11.40, listened to what I had to say, examined me and said that as I had had such a heavy cold for over 4 weeks, he put me on a week's supply of antibiotics. I was told that after the week's antibiotics, to give another 3 or 4 days, and if no improvement to ring the Surgery and ask to speak to Dr Marshall himself. I found Dr Marshall to be very efficient and concerned about my symptoms.
