My first contact with Dr Clark was by telephone, this was to obtain a prescription for medication on my release from hospital. After confirming who I was the Dr raised the prescription for me to collect and action. The Dr said that I should make an appointment to see her 2/3 weeks on.
My first appointment (while being considerably after the appointment time) was very thorough covering the medical conditions that I was experiencing.
Dr Clark was very apologetic for the delay in seeing me and gave a good reason for the delay.
